Here had a beautiful atmosphere and convenient location. The service was excellent, the food was just average. I went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't very crowded, which was nice. I mainly wanted to try their red prawn linguine and celebrate my birthday with their Tiramisu. Overall, it was a decent dining experience, and it was a great place to enjoy a meal with my bestie.

My partner and I have a weakness for seafood linguine, so when we saw that Venedia Grancaffe had a red prawn linguine on the menu, we had to try it. We ordered the Sicilian Red Prawn Linguine, Iberico Pork Loin, Seabass, Potato Gratin and finally, their signature Tiramisu. The prawns were so flavourful and juicy. The pork and sea bass melted in our mouths, and the tiramisu was so decadent and moreish. The flavour profiles have definitely been well thought out and each component complements the others. 10/10! We loved it here and will definitely be back again soon!

去到中環嗰間意大利餐廳,一入去就覺得好有味道🍴。首先食咗個有機菜園沙律,啲藝术家菜心、四季豆同蘆筍新鮮得滯,食落去爽口又開胃。dressing仲有自家製嘅無花果樹葉精華,淡淡果香夾雜堅果味,真係清新得嚟唔膩口🥗。再嘆咗個龍蝦意粉,意粉嘅質感煮得岩岩好,唔會太硬或者過腍,配上好味道嘅龍蝦肉,真系好飽足!同桌嘅朋友食嘅羊架都唔差,煎得外脆內嫩,個茄子酸醬好惹味,賣相同味道都一流。整體感覺,呢度好有大都會嘅風格,又唔會太拘謹,服務員都和藹可親,有個愉快嘅下午。👍

Haven’t been back since it’s opening but glad that I am back. A much better lunch when compared to the other Italian restaurant that I have been to recently and even cheaper! Their lunch set is really good for value.

Started with a creamy Burrata with Puntarelle chicory, Cantabrian anchovies, butter crostini. The additional HK$40 is totally worth adding.

For mains, their pasta just won’t go wrong. Their Cavatelli with Fresh Italian porcini and smoked ricotta cheese is to die for. The chewy texture of the cavatelli just made me want more and more.

Their 36-hour three cuts beef ragout tagliatelle is so yummy too.

I seriously should come back more often!

週中某天與友人在中環辦完要事,午餐吃意大利菜。甫進餐廳,即感覺室內裝修典雅華麗,座位舒適,甚具空間感,很宮廷風。前菜乃炸八爪魚,伴有西式小蘿蔔片、以及一些魚籽。八爪魚肉竟是軟嫩的,加上脆脆的外層和伴菜一起送入口裡,非常好食!小人的主菜安格斯牛柳,伴菜是芝麻菜車厘茄沙律,更刨了些巴馬臣芝士在其上。牛柳熟成度做得幾近完美,肉質腍滑有汁,小人轉眼間已經掃光!香草烤春雞看似簡單,但做到雞肉細緻亦不是易事,這客春雞就做到這點了。香草牛油完全釋出香草的威力,同行的友人亦瞬間清碟!此外我們也點了餐廳的名物紅蝦扁意粉。紅蝦十分吸睛,爽口而鮮嫩。意粉內也有車厘茄,而意粉醬是蝦膏加蕃茄的混合體,正是茄中有蝦的味道,不會只得蕃茄醬那麼單調。餐飲熱檸茶,我們都未有想過竟襯以果仁朱古力,正好為欠缺甜品的一餐帶來一絲甜意。是一餐有格調的美饌。

近一兩年,見朋友的post,香港好似多了好幾間「你唔係未去試吓嘛」的高質西餐廳,其中有幾間是意大利餐廳。一說起高質,十之八九都是富貴朋友,而且訂座隨時是要等三幾個月,對於我這種「有得食會好開心但又不是趕住去打卡」的普通人來說,只會繼續秉持「緣份到了,自然完成」的心態。今晚緣份終於到,朋友邀請去 Venedia Grancaffe 食飯。之前路人甲身份經過好幾次,感覺是:中環核心內圍的地鋪,估計不用兩千也要千幾落樓。今日一試,嚇了我一跳!我很少以性價比來作餐廳評價指標,但這裡的價位,有少少接近不合邏輯。打個比喻,意大利西西利紅蝦pasta,單價不用五百元。需知進口紅蝦,在高級超市都可能要賣三四百元。十年前我在某高級扒房點了地中海紅蝦已經要八百幾,今餐這個極美味的紅蝦意粉,超值!今餐兩個pasta,烹調非常意式,名廚ROLAND SCHULLER的出品更勝預期。再查lunch menu,如果不特別要點些最高昂的食物,一個3-course set lunch不用七百元,以中環核心地段這個級數、這個環境,真心超值。今日我來是晚餐,相片的每一樣都足夠色香味,真不用逐款介紹,放心去點。餐廳服務十分

近一兩年,見朋友的post,香港好似多了好幾間「你唔係未去試吓嘛」的高質西餐廳,其中有幾間是意大利餐廳。一說起高質,十之八九都是富貴朋友,而且訂座隨時是要等三幾個月,對於我這種「有得食會好開心但又不是趕住去打卡」的普通人來說,只會繼續秉持「緣份到了,自然完成」的心態。今晚緣份終於到,朋友邀請去 Venedia Grancaffe 食飯。之前路人甲身份經過好幾次,感覺是:中環核心內圍的地鋪,估計不用兩千也要千幾落樓。今日一試,嚇了我一跳!我很少以性價比來作餐廳評價指標,但這裡的價位,有少少接近不合邏輯。打個比喻,意大利西西利紅蝦pasta,單價不用五百元。需知進口紅蝦,在高級超市都可能要賣三四百元。十年前我在某高級扒房點了地中海紅蝦已經要八百幾,今餐這個極美味的紅蝦意粉,超值!今餐兩個pasta,烹調非常意式,名廚ROLAND SCHULLER的出品更勝預期。再查lunch menu,如果不特別要點些最高昂的食物,一個3-course set lunch不用七百元,以中環核心地段這個級數、這個環境,真心超值。今日我來是晚餐,相片的每一樣都足夠色香味,真不用逐款介紹,放心去點。餐廳服務十分細致和用心,基本上,每一樣細節都無乜得彈。極力推介!最後一提,甜品我推介Crispy Apple Tart,不酸的,鋪滿杏仁加雲尼拿gelato,無得頂!

OVERALL: great ambiance, bright colors, and comfy setting all round - italian food but you’ll find some fusion here and there ie. japanese tuna focaccia sando

🦐prawn pasta - must order! linguine al dente af and flavorful / fresh sauce from carabinero prawns. pro tip dip bread in sauce

🐙octopus - overall good but batter was bit soggy, generous portion and defos one to share

🐚mussels pasta - pasta was ok, protein tasted less fresh than expected, would probs opt for another pasta next time

🍫☕️tiramisu - end your lunch with this classic dessert, value for money, homemade!

When it comes to classic to modern Cuisine you’re spoilt for a Choice in Hong Kong, whenever Chef Roland put his hands, you just think of his delicious delicacies and dishes.
After last year Hong Kong Octavium Restaurant was award Two Michelin Stars, now Chef Roland is fully focus and responsible too for Hong Kong Venédia Grancaffè , re-creating the restaurant identity and Step-up the level of Venédia Grancaffè , with his full passion and creativity, a real game changer since he took full responsibility together with restaurant Director Graziano .
Now Venédia Grancaffè is a very fine example in this category. The cooking as you can expect is honest, delicious and creative with use of carefully selected ingredients cooking to a perfection.
I saw that the duet in Octavium with Chef Bjoern Alexander , gave to Venédia Grancaffè a Classic & Modern and unfussy approach to Fine dining.
There are clever, delicious, pretty food always hits the spot like Razor Clam, Egg Yolk Sauce, Caviar, Braised Short Rib, Crispy Polenta, Agretti, Spaghetti, Scampi, Puntarelle, Angus Carpaccio, artichokes, rocket leaves, black truffle, mustard vinaigrette, Squid Ink Spaghetti, clams, scampi, Zucchini flower, lemon zest, Veal Saltimbocca, Gremolata Sauce, Homemade cavatelli with Iberico Pork Ragout, Dover Sole, Agretti, Lemon Caper’s Sauce, Mix seafood Risotto, Veal Ossobuco, Risotto Saffron Milanese ……. and I always go back and try Chef Roland’s signature dishes which I never found inconsistency among them. Which always revolves around authenticity of good ingredients.
Here food always takes center stage on the menu, with consistency delivering exceptional plates of food both signatures and seasonal, incredible mouthfuls with imaginative, often highly unusual flavor combinations. It’s a place which I recommend a visit.
