Little Mario's Pizzeria (已搬遷) 新店位置

It's hard to believe that HKG is now in its third stage of the vaccine pass and that dine-in regulations have somewhat eased. What's even harder to believe is how some of our favourite places to eat have had to close up shop or make unrecognisable changes to survive. This restaurant has a real family feel and they often go out of their way to accommodate their customers needs. Good selection of cold meats, cheeses and wine too which is really helpful when you have guests. I was impressed to see a large vegan-friendly offering too which I haven’t seen often from a pizza restaurant in Hong Kong.

襯天氣好來馬灣郊遊，住馬灣的友人告訴我，這家的pizza好吃，所以剛到埗便來試試進店後先見到素食餐牌由於友人想吃肉，所以我們點了個2人套餐($238)，包1個14” Pizza，1個意粉/沙律，2罐汽水Meat Lovers Pizza14” Pizza 大大份，Toppings有火腿，Pepperoni(意大利辣香腸)和印度烤雞肉，上檯時Pizza非常熱辣辣，以蕃茄汁作基調，芝士香濃，其他toppings相當足料啖啖肉，名乎其實的meat lovers，香氣撲鼻又好吃，友人沒介紹錯青醬長通粉青醬以蒜泥、羅勒和松子，拌入橄欖油製成，但整體我覺得橄欖油偏多，油膩感有點重，加上味道很淡香氣欠奉，如果加多點鹽吊味會好一點，這個味道一般，或者是它太正宗不合我口味吧，下次我會試試其他意粉馬灣景色的確很美

今日我同家人想共享兩個薄批，知道馬灣有這間很有意式風情的店舖，因此決定在此購買。我們叫了意式蕃茄醬海鮮薄餅及夏威夷薄餅，這兩個pizza帶返家裡後仍是熱騰騰，而批底是脆脆地的，因而令我心中暗喜。首先，我急不及待品嚐的是意式蕃茄醬海鮮薄餅， 這薄餅雖然表面上沒有太多料，但是它内裡潛藏的...就是鮮蝦、青口、魷魚等雜錦海鮮配料， 我很開心品嚐到海鮮配料與薄餅的完美配合的合奏。之後，我食夏威夷薄餅，它的甜酸酸的菠蘿及香味濃郁的芝士，直令我胃口大開。最後，我非常感謝廚師的用心，這店舖，除了收銀的員工待客服務方面需要改善之外，其他一切都好好。

Ordered a large Parma Ham Pizza for delivery. The staff told me it would take 25-30 minutes. I checked with him again after 50 minutes and he told me the pizza was on the way. At the end, it took an hour to reach my place in Ma Wan. No apologies. And the pizza was really salty and luke warm only. Quite disappointed. At the end we put it back to oven and warm it up.

外賣價格不清楚，送外賣員工找少錢唔誠實，之後外賣員工翌日突然找上門說退錢，南亞老闆不正視找少錢問題，並在電話十分不有善地回答，並說自己十分忙。不是金錢問題，是不老實。

我今天回家的时候特别想吃披萨。所以，我在 Little Mario's Pizzeria 买了一个玛格丽特披萨，一个芝士三重奏披萨和一盒黑松露意大利面，回家和家人一起吃。他们的披萨很新鲜，好像是刚刚出炉一样。芝士很软，不过我觉得芝士三重奏上面的芝士太咸了。我觉得那盒黑松露意大利面很好吃，有很多黑松露。不过，我觉得这道菜也是咸了一点。他们上菜的速度很快，只等了 5 分钟。I really wanted to eat pizza today, so I decided to buy a Margherita Pizza, a Cheese Trio Pizza, and a Black Truffle Pasta from Little Mario's Pizzeria, sothat I could go home and eat with my family. 馬灣是一個具有歷史背景的小島，島上住了舊日漁村的原居民及另一邊珀麗灣的居民。舊村近年多了一些獨特有個性的小店，另小島多了一份異國風情。今天很高興試到一間小店是外藉人仕主理，菜式主要是pizza，另外也有賣一些意大利調味料如黑醋丶橄欖油及芝士等，pizza是即叫即焗，皮厚而軟不像某大連鎖集團的pizza那麼油膩。雖然是簡單的Hawaiian pizza，也富有很濃厚的意大利拿坡里色彩，很難得又找到一間區內的誠意小店。希望能繼續用心經營，給我們小島上的居民提供多一個選擇。

We had a delicious pizza with a thin crust, and just the right amount of topping. The ingredients were fresh and so flavourful. We didn't have to wait long at all and Simon and Martin were super friendly and welcoming. Definitely my new favourite place. Next time I'll have to make sure I try some of the Russian raviolis. They look yummy.
