ordered the weekday lunch set$70 includes 9-inch pepperoni pizza + soft drink of choice (coke/fanta/lemon tea)the pizzeria is efficient. ordered at 12 and the pizza is ready by 12:15. good when you are very hungry and don't have the patience to wait any longer. the walk from my home to the restaurant is 5 mins, so the pizza is still hot when i got back.speaking of the crust, it is thin, chewy but has a crispy edge. the crust is not oily and doesn't mask the taste of the sauce and toppings. altho

speaking of the crust, it is thin, chewy but has a crispy edge. the crust is not oily and doesn't mask the taste of the sauce and toppings. although it is thin, it holds the toppings n sauce firmly unlike some thin pizza that droops.
the tomato sauce is a thin layer and doesn't have a prominent taste. i would like it better if the sauce is slightly more.
the cheese is the highlight of the pizza in my opinion. the cheese layer is not too thick which balances the texture of the pizza just right. it is baked on point, with slight browning but it doesn't stick your teeth.
the pepperoni are ok, it is a little too dry and salty though.
overall speaking, the pizza has a really nice shape/look, well-balanced texture and tastes.
probably the best pizza on ma wan!!! i will visit here more often
