◾️今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於將軍澳寶琳嘅德美壽司，主打日式料理。我哋大約中午時間去到，發現都多人係等候緊，所以決定外賣佢哋嘅午市套餐。Sushi Tokumi is located in Tseung Kwan O Po Lam, specializes in Japanese dishes. 壽司定食配牛肉烏冬 (Assorted Sushi with Beef Udon) $99
有六款壽司，整體都好新鮮。魚生嘅份量幾慷慨，當中較欣賞帆立貝同三文魚子壽司。牛肉烏冬唔錯，烏冬煙韌而牛肉唔會太肥。沙律感覺清新，而且仲配有三文魚作點綴。蒸蛋雖然賣相一般，但味道比想像中好，而且質感仲好滑。整體而言，外賣仍然能夠保持一定嘅水準，而且價錢都合理，值得一讚。
There are six types of sushi, all of them tastes fresh and delightful. Among them, we especially appreciate the scallop and salmon roe sushi. The udon tastes chewy, and the beef is not too fat. The salad is appetizing topped with a slice of salmon. The steamed egg looks bad, but it tastes exceptionally great with a smooth texture. Overall, they can keep their takeaway order in a high standard. Also, the price of the lunch set is reasonable, which worth a try.
