今日朋友帶我去左銅鑼灣既Cubus 28, 享受新潮既中菜。呢度除左裝修有情調之外,連餐具既選用都一絲不苟,雲石紋既餐碟配銅色餐具,型格十足。盆曬生抽安格斯乾炒牛河Stir fried rice flat noodles with angus beef and premium soy sauce乾炒牛河我覺得算係香港既特色菜!一碟高質既乾炒牛河要有鑊氣、又要夠味,另外河粉唔可以黐埋一舊之餘,一定要乾夠身唔可以太油。我覺得呢度既乾炒牛河合格有餘!黑珍珠海膽燒賣Siu Mai with sea urchin and salmon roe燒賣賣相非常精緻,兩粒分別係一黃一綠,兩粒都有海膽喺面,食落有海膽鮮味加上蝦肉既爽口,非常正桂花香檳青檸糕Dark plum hawthorn pudding with red wine and fold flakes我同好多香港人一樣,鍾意食甜品但唔鍾意食太甜。呢度既青檸桂花糕就幾岩我口味。青檸糕帶有桂花香,甜而不膩。
