narrates my exquisite journey through the restaurant's offerings,

French Bread Selection ;
      The bread, freshly baked and artfully presented, showcased a range of 
textures and flavors that reflected the craftsmanship of the bakery. 
Each bite was a testament to the marriage of simplicity and 
sophistication, setting the stage for the culinary journey. 
Petit Four ;
   The miniature pastries arrived like edible jewels, each one 
meticulously crafted to perfection. The symphony of flavors – from sweet
 to savory – created a tapestry of taste that tantalized the senses.
 Amuse Bouche  ;   
Captivating Amuse Bouche. Presented with finesse, the bite-sized 
creation was a prelude to the symphony of flavors that lay ahead. 
 Beetroot, Crab, and Hazelnut  ;
    The plate arrived like a canvas, adorned with vibrant colors and 
textures. The earthiness of the beetroot harmonized with the sweetness 
of the crab, while the hazelnut added a delightful crunch.

❤️很多人来k11都来过这里了吧??真的好喜欢这里,超Chilll的一家餐厅。环境很舒服,室内比较复古,露台就偏度假风!可以看到180°海景,吹着风喝着东西还挺不错的!-💙我们点了一个下午茶套餐,不愧是米其林餐厅。味道果然不一样!平时去吃下午茶甜点会超级甜,这家完全符合我的口味。甜点有酸酸甜甜的,咸点和牛🐮也很嫩很好吃!!还有就是这家服务超好,每个细节都照顾到!-去楼下我觉得会很晒很热,来这个露台吹风真的很舒服推荐⭐️

💙我们点了一个下午茶套餐,不愧是米其林餐厅。味道果然不一样!平时去吃下午茶甜点会超级甜,这家完全符合我的口味。甜点有酸酸甜甜的,咸点和牛🐮也很嫩很好吃!!还有就是这家服务超好,每个细节都照顾到!

We started with the Wagyu katsu Sando in Miso with Mayonnaise. The Wagyu is thick and tender, with a rich and buttery flavor. Light frying gives it a crispy surface and allows the fat to melt gently in your mouth.

Next, we tried the avocado-based tuna sashimi topped with caviar. The avocado is mixed with mango, giving the tuna a uniquely refreshing taste that enhances its freshness, somewhat like a sauce. The caviar adds a slight saltiness overall and further enhances the umami and fishiness of the tuna.

Tirpse位於繁忙的城市中心購物中心,但一旦進入餐廳,你會完全感受到不同的氛圍,可以安靜地欣賞到180度的維多利亞港景色(提供戶外座位)。

我們在一個繁忙的星期日來到Tirpse放鬆,最重要的是品嚐他們的Provence Tea Set(如果你不知道,Provence是法國東南部的一個地區,擁有美麗的自然景觀和豐富的陽光🥰)。

我們首先品嚐了味噌蛋黃醬和牛三明治Wagyu katsu Sando。和牛肉厚而嫩,非常豐富和擁有奶油般的口感,輕炸使其表面酥脆,讓脂肪在口中輕輕融化。

接下來,我們嘗試了以牛油果為基底的吞拿魚粒,配上魚子醬。牛油果與芒果混合在一起,為吞拿魚帶來獨特的清新口感,增強了其新鮮度(有點像醬料)。魚子醬為整體增添了一些微咸味,進一步增強了吞拿魚的鮮味和魚味。

然後是甜點!柔軟、細緻且奶香濃郁的奶凍上面加上草莓果醬和一片新鮮草莓,就是有名的Panna Cotta,果醬中含有水果塊,相當有口感!🥰

Petits Fours是迷你水果味糕點和巧克力馬卡龍,這些精緻的甜點標誌著美好的夏季茶點的結束。

I had tuna and mango salsa crackers, topped with caviar. What a refreshingly delicious one-bite starter. The octopus risotto uses spelt to substitute rice, topped with sakura shrimp. It's wonderfully well integrated with flavor and health. For mains, I had Imi wagyu A4 with potato (+HKD388), the steak was intensely marbled and wonderfully fatty. It tasted EXCELLENT and melted in my mouth with every bite. I also tried another main course "Seabass", served with clam and wild asparagus sauce. The seabass remained tender and soft with superbly presented, the flavor was fresh and buttery with a hint of the ocean. Don’t forget to save room for the banana with roasted vanilla dessert.

The deluxe lunch menu consisted of some freshly baked sourdough bread, 2 lovely starters, a risotto topped with the seasonal octopus and sakura shrimp, a main course of my choice and a banana-themed dessert. My favorite dish of the day was the foie gras starter made with pumpkin and butternut, which perfectly balanced out the greasiness. Rich in both flavors and texture.

As a French-Japanese restaurant that originated from Tokyo which was once a Michelin⭐️ restaurant, we came to try their signature dinner menu at this HK branch at $1388/person. Located close to the harbour at K11 Musea, the view is stunning throughout the day and the restaurant is super spacious that allowed us to enjoy some quality time. I never appreciate adding other ingredients to oyster itself and no exception to this time. Added caviar and snap pea simply covered the taste of oyster, just not bad in taste and the oyster was very fresh.

It was a nice meal after all and not to mention that their French bread and butter were amazing as well. Portion was not as big as other places so I didn’t find it too full.
