🥗 Salad 沙律
Very well seasoned salad, love the taste of balsamic vinegar and that it didn’t have an oily feel from any olive oil used. Addition of feta cheese was the perfect final touch! Very refreshing start to a meal! 清新的田園沙律,喜歡黑醋的味道和面頭的feta cheese🥰

The best pan-seared chicken thigh I have ever had😍, extremely tender fillet and with a very strong chicken flavour, although a tad too salty🙈The baby corns were a delightful sweet touch, have never had baby corn this fragrant! Had a bit of an chachaantang touch to it, but a very high quality and well-executed dish for sure!

雞肉非常嫩滑,雞味好濃,略嫌太鹹。有點茶餐廳菜式的感覺,不過是超高質版本,每個元素的好好味。粟米好清甜,有驚喜。在中環週末午餐能是這個價錢,感覺挺划算👍🏻

Love the springy and slightly chewy texture of their handmade pasta, the epitome of al dente, unlike some restaurants that undercook their pasta to fake that al dente chewiness. The sprinkle of cheese on top is very generous and look like a snow mountain ❄️ Very strong beef flavour, I personally would like a stronger tomato flavour, but great dish overall!

手工意粉彈牙帶點咬口,質感剛好🥰芝士粉量慷慨,像一座雪山🏔️,牛肉味濃,雖然我個人喜歡番茄味重一點的,但還是會推介給大家👍🏻

🍰 Chocolate Cake + HKD18
This was a little disappointing to be honest, it felt too wet and crumbly and the flavour was a little off 🙈 I am sure their other desserts, especially their signature Millie feuille, would taste better. 有點失望的巧克力蛋糕,味道怪怪的,口感太濕,相信其他貼品會是更好的選擇,特別是他們最出名的千層酥。
