~ For the mains, the “Skirt Steak; Lotus Root;
Chicory; Macaroni” was flawlessly cooked to medium rare, which was perfectly tender that paired with a tiny bowl of cheese macaroni. And, the other main was “Tilefish; Mussel; Wild Plant; Fresh Peas” that features the mild-tasting flavor of the tilefish.

~ Topped off the whole meal with a surprising dessert named “Mango; Black Rice; Black Lemon”, which is an Asian-inspired sweet treat that created with a similar concept of mango sticky rice, but with an innovative twist of flavor and texture.
