Sam Shing Estate is a renowned seafood market near the Gold Coast. Even it was 34 degrees, we decided to get there on our day off for some wok hay dishes and fresh catches. All dishes were finely seasoned and served piping hot. Appetizing sweet and sour pork. Fresh and smooth squid slices. Fluffy and runny scrambled eggs with tons of crunchy big shrimps. Beef and potatoes were caramelized with a touch of pungent black pepper.
