They are known for their soup base - a well crafted thick pork broth, and I can assure you it tasted so amazing I left nothing on my bowl.
They will precisely cook the ramen to your liking - and you also have the choice of a thicker noodles.
Soft boiled egg was on par, however they fail to cut this half - which may be potentially what they do during peak lunch hours. The only really bad thing I can say about this place is the portion size is not huge and their pickled dishes were leaning towards Chinese flavours rather than Japanese.
Last note - their bowls must be made with materials that keep the warmth of the soup till the last drop.... so make sure you don’t put any to waste!
