This is the biggest deep fired pork chop shop in Japan, with few hundreds chain shop. I ordered the pork chop with egg, the pork chop still crispy, egg tasted good and cooking time was good, not old and smoothly. Miso soup was with pork, normally it was with shell or fish.. miso with pork was delicious, it was thicker texture.
