Speaking to English cuisine, Feather & Bone resturant was all over Hong Kong. The Wan Chai ones was at a convenient location, that encouraged us visiting there a few times.
This resutrant was known for steak, hence, many guests came here to order rare steak from the bar-side. For me, I highly recommended my favorite dish here – Steak and Egg, the price was increased from $168 to $228 currently. Still, I would choose it once I sit at Feather & Bone resturant.
The slim steak was medium-rare texture, combined with sunny-side-up egg and the spinach. If you tried one bite of this combination, you would not put down your knife and fork.
My friend had ordered a beef from the beef-bar aisde, however, the medium rare was like blue rare. The steak bloody water was left on the plate which was not acceptable to her. That’s why I always have my secure choice – Steak and Egg.
The Caesar Salad was super big bowl to us, we can’t finish it but it was fresh and well balance between sweetness and acidity.
Overall speaking, we enjoyed our weekend brunch here and the good serves were deserved a good rating.
