Hailed from one of my favorite Japanese restaurants Kaika, Chef Eddy has recently joined IE Sushi & Teppanyaki. With his deep knowledge about seasonal ingredients and his fun approach of sauces, Eddy constantly gives me and my guests surprises to our palettes.
