Today my friend and I’ve went Central and try Lebanese food at Shahrazad Lebanese Dining Lounge & Bar. Shahrazad gives a great environment, it’s chill and relaxing. Decorations also very nice and gives a strong Lebanon feeling. As our main purpose is to have Lebanese food, we didn’t order alcoholic drinks even they have a lot of choice on wines and alcohol. Grill Hallomi Cheese: It’s hard to describe the taste and sensation when you bite into it. It’s slightly chewy and rubbery, don't expect it

Grill Hallomi Cheese: It’s hard to describe the taste and sensation when you bite into it. It’s slightly chewy and rubbery, don't expect it to melt in your mouth, but squidgy in your mouth in a uniquely pleasant way. Perhaps most comparable to a thick feta in taste with a smoother texture, though the taste of halloumi is certainly unique. The saltiness fades into a strong savory bite, with a slightly creamy texture. It's delicious.

Makanek in Pomegranate Sauce: The supple sausage skins tore at the touch, oozing out crumbly moist beef that hinted distinctly of fragrant spices. Together with acidly lemon & sweet pomegranate juice, as well as wharf/onion, they perfectly match with each other and it makes makanek sausage becomes perfect!

Lamb Shank: It looks luxurious as the lamb shank is really a big one. This is a marinated lamb shank served with mash potatoes, sautéed vegetable and herbs sauce. Fragrant spices can be tasted. The meat is so lush and tender and almost falls off the bone. Mash potatoes makes the perfect soft cheesy sponge to soak up all that savory goodness. There’s just no words can actually describe the aromas, flavors and textures of this dish. It’s really flavorful and delicious.

Date on The Moon: This is a home made infused date milk. There is a thick layer of foam on top of the milk. It taste sweet as this is natural sweetness from date plum, and it is smooth is texture, very good.

Defective Korombo: Sweet and Sour in taste. It’s a good drink as Middle Eastern food is a little bit salty and spices so this drink can act as a neutralizer.
