We came here for lunch on a weekday and it was very quiet. The environment was so nice with bright big windows overlooking the hillside as well as sufficient room among different tables. There were a lot of choices on their lunch set menu, most were Japanese while a few were western. As we craved Japanese, we ordered two sashimi rice bowls to share. Very soon the appetisers were served to us. The green salad had very fresh ingredients with salmon roes and loads of sesame dressing. I had to emphasise that the plate was super pretty! The set also included a steamed egg and a daily soup which was miso soup.

This 活宏海丼 with 日本空運特選時令魚, 甜蝦, salmon and salmon roes, was very impressive. The seasonal fish were grilled 赤鯥 & tuna, 鱆紅 & 鱲魚. The sashimi were in general above average. I liked the grilled 赤鯥 most which smelt super great. The grilled tuna and salmon were so thick and meaty! It was highly recommended!

火灸海鮮丼 had salmon, scallops, prawn, crab meat and 1 type of white fish. There were 2 pieces each except for the white fish which had 3 pieces. The scallops were giant as you can tell! The rice was also cold rice with vinegar, which I really liked!

Fresh fruits, which were included in the set, were melon. A very refreshing end to the meal! Although my stomach was quite big, I found myself quite full after the meal.
Service was also quite attentive. It was overall quite a comfortable and efficient meal. Everything was done in 30 min from the time we were seated.
