I love milt so much and its seasonal. The first dish is milt and its good as an appetizer. It’s a little bit burnt. Quite refreshing with their sauce 😊Wagyu sashimi. I like it because its raw and it is not too oily.The uni is not the best but its acceptable.Its seasonal to have sanma. The grilled sanma here is quite big. A dip with the sauce is perfect match.
