I am a beginner of hand drip / pour cover coffee. I love low acidity coffee, therefore I try Guatemala coffee beam. The bean is very rich in “dark chocolate” smell once it is ground, and it remains its note after pour over.
好香的一杯手沖咖啡，咖啡師好用心，也好願意分享咖啡的心得。新鮮磨的咖啡豆，有一股沉穩的朱古力香味，當沖完後，朱古力的香味，透過熱道散發。味道都好古典，厚實。
Cascara 咖啡果肉茶
Barista is nice and willing to share his experience, and introduce “cascara” to me. The taste is just like a drink made from dried fruit, and with slightly sweet and the smell of fruit! Just told it is a drink with shell of coffee bean!
第一次知道「咖啡果肉茶」這飲品，真的多謝咖啡師的介紹。入口有股清澈的感覺，果肉淡淡的香甜味！喝完咖啡再來一杯「咖啡果肉茶」，好滿足！
