Instead of flavourings, they used apple maple syrup to create a more natural flavour. Taiwanese red tea matched it very well and and they topped it with dried apples to give it some chew.

宇治抹茶完全無苦澀味，茶香特出，帶著淡淡嘅回甘🍵 將奶蓋融入茶底之後變左杯抹茶拿鐵嘅濃稠版，連埋花生碎一齊食嘅口感更豐富😙
The matcha flavour was outstanding and it wasn’t bitter at all. It became something like a matcha latte when you mix the nut cream in, and the peanut bits added some texture to this drink.

Mango Fruit Tea w/ Nut Cream
望著個店員手壓啲芒果就知道有幾新鮮啦🥭 就咁飲啲芒果茶感覺好清新，不愧係夏日限定口味🌞 用左堅果奶打成嘅奶蓋口感一樣咁綿密，而且因為落左鹽，所以撈埋一齊飲味道好似鹹鹹地嘅楊枝甘露🤪
You could see the drink being made with mashed fresh mangoes. It was very refreshing which was perfect to have in the heat. Mixing the cream with the mango tea became something like a salty mango sago.
