•特製和牛沾麵 Tokusei Wagyu Tsukeman Save咗Mashi no Mashi 好耐，終於可以將佢由我嘅to-go list tick走啦。✔️我好鐘意佢嘅粗麵，好彈牙同吸曬沾麵湯嘅精華。🥰✨店家有將椰菜過一過冷河，食落好新鮮更爽脆。👍🏻當然，一個正宗嘅沾麵一定要有一粒完美嘅溏心蛋加爽脆醃製嘅竹荀。最後，個和牛都幾重肉味🥓，但肉質偏韌。😓Have been saving Mashi no mashi ages ago, and finally ticked this off from my to-eat list. ✔️I really fond of the thick noodles, really bouncy and soaked up all the essence of the soap. 🥰✨Cabbage have been rinsed under the water, making it tasted fresh and crisper. 👍🏻Of course, an authentic tsukeman must includes a perf

Lastly, the wagyu beef was fairly meaty yet lean🥓, but would be better if it was much tender.😓
