賣相討好的泡芙由兩層組成
頂層是吉士醬而底層是開心果醬✨
泡芙難得做到外脆內軟的口感
即使拍照拍了一段時間也沒有變淋😽
而開心果的味道挺濃郁 是個值得𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞的甜點💓
Featuring their signature Religieuse à la Pistache, it was made up of two parts, custard and pistachio fillings🤤 It's rare to find a traditional French dessert in Hong Kong, especially the choux pastry stood up to the suffocating humidity here and remained crispy after a long photo taking time😛 Rich and smooth pistachio flavour with silky custard fillings in one bite was just soooo nice🤩

Poached Eggs & Smashed Avocado on Milk Toast will never go wrong😚 Japanese milk toast was milky and fluffy, served with runny poached eggs🍳 and minty avocado smash🥑, such as a classic breakfast combo😆

手撕豬肩肉帶辣味 肉質不算軟淋🐷
煙薰味亦不算太重 比較容易接受🙈
熱燙燙的薯條灑滿了調味粉 非常香脆可口😋
Smoked Chipotle Pulled Pork Burger composed of Homemade Bun, Pork Shoulder, Red Onion, Butter Lettuce and Homemade Chipotle Sauce🍔 Bun was toasted perfectly with a little crunch!!🤩 Pork Shoulder was tender but not too soft 🍖 French Fries with right seasonings was crispy and appetising, so nice🍟
