It was so popular that I had to make a reservation a month in advance and pay deposit.The restaurant is most famous for its pork bone soup base and the variety of beef cuts available. The beef was especially delicious and unique, and I highly recommend reserving it in advance. The pork bone soup base was also very flavorful and rich, making for a great base to cook the meats and vegetables in.The restaurant itself was quite busy and crowded, but the service was efficient and friendly. 珍姐海鮮火鍋飯店 - central 1) 拔道腩雞飯 $55呢碟雞飯真係好驚喜!! 雖然表面睇落係比較厚既雞胸 但食落去嫩滑唔乾唔硬 煮得腍軟熟透🥺💙最出色嘅係個豉油汁 配埋油飯 一流🤤唔怪得咁多人排隊 真係值得一試❣️🤰🏻:9/10 繼續閱讀

Dinner for 8 on Sat nite. Had never heard so many pre-dinner disclaimers from the host: 1) 80s songs that MusicLover might hate 2) second round at 8:40pm might be too late for AlwaysHungry 3) seating might be too squashed for MrComfy 4) diners might be too loud and servers too rude for MsElegant etc etc etc …Neverthelesss we were all looking forward to dinner given all the surrounding hype.Arrived at 8:35 to see a crowd of eager diners already gathering at entrance. Servers seemed to be grabbing a quick smoke/bite to eat. Eventually shown to our table. Thank goodness we were all quite slim. The tray of condiments already took up half the table.Not a big space with 8-9 tables, mostly female patrons. Sweet-looking server in crop top came with a plate of beef. She introduced the various cuts but really had to shout at the top of her voice to be heard above the din. Turned out considerate host had already reserved the best cuts for us. Sommelier then came to introduce the various bottles of wines available. Impressed with the collection- settled on a bottle of burgundy even though the merlot came highly recommended. Picked 2 soup bases: 招牌豬骨蜆煲 and 蕃茄薯仔粟米湯. Food arrived promptly: 厚切午餐肉- so thick and crispy. 👍🏼即炸魚皮- also loved it. Very fresh and remained crispy after being dipped in the broth. Beef: 扇牯牛皇; 封門柳; 牛頸脊 (very tender); 牛匙柄; 牛胸簽 (with great marbling resembling wagyu)Balls + dumplings: 魚蛋, 潮州黃牛丸, 韮菜豬肉餃. All very good quality. Seafood: 九肚魚 (too many tiny bones- not a fan); 聖子; 牡丹蝦; 桂花蚌; 扇貝Poultry: 滑雞片, 鶏粉腸. Too full to try. Vegs: 雜菜拼盤, 香酥腐竹 (exceptionally gigantic), 芋絲Must-haves: 公仔麵, 稻庭鳥Dessert: 桂花菊花蒟蒻冰. In summary: Servers were very friendly, organised and dedicated to ensure all diners had a good time, eg they would take song dedications from diners; people sang along to the ones they liked; Croptop server in particular would come round to our table every so often with a magnum bottle of sake and paper cups. Not everyone took it so well as the dainty lady at the next table had a plastic bag hanging over her mouth for the latter part of the night. We all had a great time; never realized MsElegant could sing so loudly… Quality of the food was much better than expected. Although a normal hotpot night would prob cost less than $1,000 pp, this was not your everyday hotpot night was it. 繼續閱讀

平日中環返工,晏晝去食個珍姐起碼要排半個鐘隊,未到1:00個雞飯又賣晒,夜晚星期五六更加唔使旨意有位。今日平日星期二同八個朋友去珍姐打邊爐,淨係book到6:00pm,冇辦法地大家都遲咗幾個字。坐低之後叫咗兩個湯底,服務員好用心咁捧住唔同牛肉嘅部位過嚟介紹,又俾我哋試一試個湯底先。後尾睇都冇睇已經叫晒啲招牌嘢,基本上圖片可見牛不同部位我哋都有試。食物質素講真打邊爐最緊要就係新鮮,可能因為餐廳生意真係好,貨源輪轉,所以事實上食材亦都好高質素,每樣點嘅餸其實都一流,特別推介反而係個湯底豬骨湯非常足料,另外點嘅蕃茄湯底亦都好濃郁嘅蕃茄味,值得一試! 繼續閱讀

聽過好多人介紹話,今日午市第一次嚟食,食佢嗰個好出名嘅拔道腩雞飯,睇人話個汁好好味,但係作為主角嘅汁係十分少,少到點兩下無哂,再加話要5蚊🙂無個汁基本上就係無味雞同飯,覺得唔合理無俾到五蚊,唔想浪費夾硬食哂個飯,如果我肯加錢佢俾返一樣份量嘅話真係十五蚊都唔夠點。55蚊一個飯唔包嘢飲,中環嚟講唔算貴,但係我唔會再嚟,大把其他選擇。服務態度同一般茶餐廳咁,無expectation 。仲叫人留港消費,笑死人喇。 繼續閱讀
