Weekend 想Chill 下，訂咗中環石板街酒店The Envoy，入到lobby 已經好有氣氛，英倫格調好有高貴既感覺😚Weekend 有brunch 選擇，係happy hour嘅好選擇🤩 Small Plates 款式都幾多，每款可以試吓，啱心水可以再encore😂Tuna Wonton Cups 幾好食，吞拿魚辣辣地，好開胃😙串燒都唔錯，好啱送酒🥂Big plate 可以選一款，其實都好夠飽🤣點左Mushroom spaghetti 同Rib eye, 2款都唔錯☺️ overall 餐廳氣氛都唔錯，好啱同朋友黎Chill 下😎

本身星期日已經好多bar唔開 佢唔單止開，仲要開咁早環境安靜，裝修都靚隱藏係puttinger hotel嘅三樓入面，要搭lift先可以入去成間bar嘅感覺都好神奇d cocktail全部都好得意 個dinossaur好似恐龍蛋咁 中間係香濃朱古力酒，仲有雪糕另外一杯就有tofu foam，同下面嘅cocktail一齊飲有種奇妙嘅對比而且仲有snack menu，雖然我地冇試係好適合姐妹聚腳傾計飲酒嘅好地方ps 有興趣可以試埋隔離 room 309，可以係the envoy到囉房卡進入，位置就係隔離房，不過兩間試完我私心更加鍾意the envoy呢

I didn’t take pictures but I love the style of the interior design of the hotel. And for The Envoy, the size is not big, and i’d say it’s rather narrow and compact. We booked weekend brunch for 5 people to celebrate a friends birthday. Just after we finished main course, waitress told us brunch time was up. Without other option, we got offer to sit outdoor. It's 34'C, not many would want to sit outside honestly. We asked if there's other choices? Waitress suggested outdoor. 30 minutes later, we found that tables at the restaurant were completely empty. We spoke to the manager - why can't they offer us those table indoor? Manager said - it's reserved at 16:3

今次嚟到石板街酒店英式餐廳，價錢唔係好貴，所以不妨一試。餐廳係酒店入面，都幾隱秘，入到去好似另一個世界咁，菜式係英國🇬🇧殖民地s的Fusion 😗🍞麵包籃有幾種麵包，橄欖油同埋黑醋，一般般 。🥣Appetiser - 忌廉薯仔湯 Creamy Potato Soup，creamy～ 🥗同事揀咗個 Cajun Prawn Caesar，佢上碟好靚，係放喺啲好似米脆脆整成嘅兜入面。🍚Main - 野菌松露意大利飯 Wild Mushroom Risotto with Black Autumn Truffle，芝士同松露同埋忌廉都恰到好處，食落去唔會太膩，但係蘑菇我覺得有啲少。🍽️同事揀咗 烤鹿兒島豬配黑松露薯蓉 Pan Roasted Kagoshima Pork， 烤得好嫩，肉汁鎖住，一啖豬肉配上薯蓉／菜，中和咗肉的油膩。🍰加配甜品揀咗lemon tart， 配上一球雲呢拿雪糕，酸酸甜甜作結。

It’s pretty cool playing chilling jazz music on air, though the environment is a bit dark at the corner side,i wanna reemphasize i love the pop jazz music hereee, making us wanna dance haa, lovely environment and so chilling, tranquil place giving us a private space yaya. It was a saturday night, we reserved and they gave us a very nice amd quiet table. The food is good and service is excellent. We are loving the outdoor area where you can smoke and have drinks. They also sell cigars here which fits us perfectly. Price is reasonable for such level of service, we will definitely come back again.

餐廳設室外座位、牆紙有格調、華麗水晶燈、每枱之間有足夠距離、樓底寬敞、燈光非常昏暗滿滿浪漫氣氛。服務方面：餐廳於每枱配備口罩套及酒精。可惜生日慶祝未有提供寫字服務，不建議慶祝。$130 八爪魚沙律🥗 warm octopus salad八爪魚非常煙靭，完成咬唔開，食香口膠一樣……$380 二人分享拼盤Small plates platter for 2餐廳是fusion 菜，拼盤可試盡各地特色菜，當中包括印度香料牛油雞搥、港式茶葉蛋、日式吞拿魚刺身杯、馬拉爆谷蝦、迷你豬肉碎漢堡、馬拉沙嗲雞串及越式春卷。爆谷蝦非常出色，其他款式不用試，下次會淨叫蝦。$240 香烤豬扒Pan-roasted pork chop主菜相當出色，帶骨豬扒肥瘦適中肉質鬆軟，蘿蔔仔清甜，紅菜頭汁與豬扒及配菜組合相宜。$90 蘋果金寶 Transitional apple crumble 是次為生日慶祝，故點選了甜品，蘋果金寶滿滿牛油香及濃郁玉桂味，餐廳另配上焦糖醬汁，雲喱拿雪糕有雲喱拿籽。

友人預早一星期在BOOK定枱，慶祝友人既生日飯，到達分配到角落，可自成一角交談，叫左:-(1) Warm octopus salad ($130)八爪魚沙律，輕輕烤過嘅八爪魚彈牙唔韌，沙律菜同薯仔、番茄仔、就好新鮮，配埋個泰式酸甜汁，好清新，好開胃。(2) Small plates Platter ($380)小食拼盤有牛油雞捧，茶葉魔鬼旦，吞拿魚撻，爆谷蝦，迷李漢堡，炸春卷，雞肉串，仍然保持鮮嫩多汁，加上附上的沙爹醬，更加惹味。(3) Pan roasted pork chop ($260 > $180)如果叫左小食拼盤，主食有得減價，豬扒就由$260減到$180。豬扒煮到剛剛好，無過熟，有質感得夠嫩滑，紅菜頭薯蓉泥、小紅蘿蔔、羽衣甘藍、紅酒汁醬一齊食，非常好食。(4) Banoffee pie 2.0 ($90)好有SURPRISE，個TART批底食脆口，好多CREAM，加上側邊兩條焦糖香蕉一齊食，大滿足。另外因為是次為慶祝生日嘅活動，所以預先已經訂咗生日牌，服務員會詢問要否大家一齊唱生日歌。(5) Traditional apple crubmle ($90)比起一般食到
