平時走過這家酸種麵包店，已不只一次駐足觀賞裡面琳琅滿目的麵包、甜撻、酥餅以及甜點，吸睛程度相當高！然而因為店內常常都爆滿座的，所以在一天一個不太飽的午餐之後，買了件慕絲淺嚐。小人本來一心要一件類似果仁開心果的酥餅，不過當走去付款的時候，就被那些美崙美奐的甜品吸引了心意，決定捨棄酥餅，改一件開心果朱古力慕絲。慕絲的面層是開心果糖皮，綴以朱古力碎，裡面就是朱古力慕絲和忌廉，更有一些莓果乾。咬下柔軟的慕絲，滑溜無比，好像吃著較暖的雪糕，而且亦不會太甜，超級治癒！有時候改變主意亦不失為一件好事呢～

呢間網紅酸種麵包店終於有機會試吓見唔少人叫外賣，但係都有堂食嘅座位，午市都唔使排隊Sour dough panier egg mayo ($30)酥皮脆 蛋沙律唔少，呢個價錢都幾抵 唔細件佢話有整熱但係唔係好熱😅Pastrami sauerkraut ($69)煙燻牛肉肥瘦均勻好腍，配上酸椰菜幾開胃，芥末醬唔heavy酸種麵包煙靭 皮有咬口 有淡淡嘅酸味佢話有整熱但係唔係好熱😅 如果芝士溶咗就更加好食Black bean salad (200g - $50)正常發揮嘅沙律，但係價錢唔平 份量唔多 性價比不高Iced hojicha latte (+$22)竟然飲到唔錯嘅焙茶latte😯 可以叫走甜，焙茶味夠濃 鮮奶亦夠香濃 奶同茶嘅比例啱啱好👍🏻 午市跟餐抵飲—𝗐𝗈𝗎𝗅𝖽 𝗋𝖾𝗏𝗂𝗌𝗂𝗍: if in the area💳 𝗉𝗋𝗂𝖼𝖾 $100 𝗉𝗉 🌟 𝗈𝗏𝖾𝗋𝖺𝗅𝗅 7/10📍 Sour Dough (灣仔)灣仔皇后大道東80號堅雄商業大廈地下2-3號舖

之前都有係到食過早餐佢既早餐同麵包製作都真係好正同埋啲咖啡都唔錯今日阿仔話好想食甜品我收工又咁岩可以路經啲到好啦，為左一嘗心願，就去買回家試下！最後在花多眼亂既情緒下揀左啲大大盒外賣回家一齊食😆🔆士多啤梨撻、藍莓撻、士多啤梨忌廉麵包、朱古力蛋捲全部樣都好精美，一打開阿仔都嘩左一聲！所有撻既餅底都好鬆脆，吉士醬配合生果襯到啲生果好美味！朱古力蛋捲鬆脆，可口朱古力味濃郁！性價比高！值得下次再回購！

I tried it last Sunday.Customers have to order the food from left to right and pay at the end like the fast food restaurant, Subway, does.This is an acceptable arrangement, but I am not sure if the wall in between “food”part and “drink and cashier”part is blocking the communication between the staffs. Cafe Mocha has No chocolate and coffee flavors. Definitely never visit again.We paid for 2 large Cafe Mocha due to NO chocolate flavor so the manager changed to hot chocolate drinks to us but the small cup. But the chocolate flavor is still very weak. I suggest the manager to try other Cafe's Cafe Mocha to improve the taste of their Cafe Mocha because his Cafe Mocha is really bad and no taste. But the manager doesn't accept my suggestion.

Very bad Cafe Mocha and never visit again.The manager doesn't handle this well. We order a large Cafe Mocha but the manager change to small hot chocolate drinks to us. Even though changed to hot chocolate drink but the chocolate flavor is still very weak as almost no flavor.I suggest the manager to try other Cafe Mocha from other coffee shop who chooses good quality products and makes very good coffee and chocolate drinks but he seems not accepting my suggestion.

I tried the Salmon and Cheese sandwich. At first bite, I noticed it was a bit sour and salty, but the flavours quickly melded together in my mouth, complemented by the rich, melty cheese and crispy, toasted dough. 成日經過都會聞到好香既麵包味！聞都好有脆脆的感覺～而且成日門口都坐滿人，一路都諗住去外賣回家食，今日終於比我等到！因為今日要留家陪伴阿仔所以去買午餐比佢時我就決定去買個包試一試🔆古巴三文治個包真係超級鬆脆，皮脆內軟，口感一流，入面係有火腿、手撕豬肉、瑞士芝士，啲三樣野好夾唔會話好咸，再加埋生菜同酸瓜可以令到個包無咁漏，亦同時增加口感之餘仲多左份清新既感覺！ 🔆凍齋啡咖啡味濃郁，味道不過不失，都可作提神之選

召集所有愛食包嘅面孔 🍞🥐🥖。位於灣仔皇后大道東嘅 Sour Dough 除咗有酸種麵包，其他素食嘅選擇都唔少㗎。🍅🍆一入店就會見到櫥窗擺出好多靚靚麵包，三文治，沙律，撻，muffin 同 scone 等，如果堂食要搵位先，再出去揀嘢食同比錢。🫰我今次試咗三款都係標明 vegan 🌱 嘅嘢食：🥣 甘筍馬鈴薯純素湯 $38清甜得嚟味道又唔淡，唔油膩，而且好足料，啖啖都食到紅蘿蔔同薯仔。注意個湯有洋蔥。🧅🥪 西西里燉菜配豆腐 $60一咬落口竟然有泰式嘅風味，但唔辣嘅。酸酸哋嘅醬汁同豆腐味道好夾。個包加熱咗外皮脆脆哋，連埋啲菜，紅黃椒，口感豐富，估唔到呢個其貌不揚嘅包食落去係咁美味。😍🍞 酸種穀麥麵包 $21（半個）嚟到呢度梗係要食酸種麵包啦，冇肉嘅選擇固然多，純素嘅都唔少㗎。而且鍾意佢哋可以揀半個買，就算好似我咁一條友食都 okay。👌呢個麵包我都係選擇咗加熱，麵包皮因為有穀麥關係，脆到好似炸過咁，食落去又帶點煙韌，麵包本身就好鬆軟，帶點咸咸哋嘅味道。👅因為第一次嚟唔知佢哋餐牌係擺出面，所以冇影餐牌，而我影櫥窗啲相，影到啲嘢食個 label 就反光，真係唔好意思。😅而佢哋櫥窗有標籤邊啲係

Been looking for good sough dough. Looking for bakery with real starter. But I doubt this place use the real starter. Since it has been few weeks agoBefore this post . I can’t remember much . No complain, will go back for quick and easy.
