星期六到東涌出席工作坊，走到這裡來吃個午餐，加油後再出席工作坊。Daily Set Lunch $148 + $40 with dessert and drinks.自家制的麵包，有口感，以蒜泥配醋，還是第一次呢！前菜之一︰芝麻吞拿魚配什菜及甜薑汁，很清爽的感覺。前菜之二︰南瓜湯 - 又甜又好味。主菜之一︰牛柳 - 酒店水準，不過不失。薯泥加入煙肉，很惹味。主菜之二︰風乾磨菇配蕃茄忌廉麵 - 這個有驚喜，寬條麵口感好，蕃茄和忌廉的配搭也適宜。甜品︰在餐車內挑選一款甜品 - 酒店水準，合格。東涌讓人有渡假的感覺，若以悠閒的心情，在這裡進膳確是一個不錯的選擇。

突然想東涌outlet, 行下行下就3個小時可惜一件東西也買不多, 最後都是食吧, 原先打算去酒店的自助餐, 但一早full booking 了, 只好轉地方去此地中海olea 一試, 情調不錯, 見廚師在旁即order 即做的感覺很好, 由於全英文menu, 故吸引了很多外籍人士, 經理也很細心用廣東話介紹當天的菜單, 於是我點算了一個龍蝦仔三文魚意大利雲吞餐......可惜較油, 食不到原先的海鮮味道另外叫了一個意大利飯, 忘了是lemon 配什麼, 但只知是很酸我們甜品也沒叫就走了....或許只是我們今oredr 錯了菜色

This is not the first time to enjoy meals in Olea. This time I tried the Sunday Brunch with my friend. It was a really nice environment that I love to dine here!Food quality is excellent as well as the service here!I definitely will return to this restaurant and will recommend to my friends!

This is the only credible western restaurant in Tung Chung. And a bonus for it not being English or American food.Oleo serves med food. All the cuisines touching the Mediterranean.I started with a selection of tapas from the board, anchovies, mushrooms, salami. These change seaonally so theres always plenty of choice.Main was a nice ribeye. Cooked to medium rare as requested.Not the most inexpensive of meals, but for that atmosphere, fine wines and food standard, you have to pay.

首先有自制的麵包, 外脆內軟, 又夠熱, 配Garlic grater + olive oil + black vinegar, 好味到振. 嗰度有好多antipasti架, 但係媽咪唔係咁啱食, 所以飲左minestrone. 有好多料. 跟住有燒魚+grilled vegetables+gnocchi. 平時我好唔鍾意食, 但係出其地好味. 啲菜亦有好香嘅燒烤味. Spinach tagliatelle in mushroom sauce無嘜配料, 但係個食得出個sauce有cream n white wine, 無欺場. Tiramisu ok la, 但第1次見topping有糖?

賣身比大西南差不多兩年,終於一試這間在Citygate酒店內的地中海餐廳"Olea".人人力捧平價buffet同周末日BBQ buffet,相對Olea就沒有那麼高人氣,但其出品的Pizza,很多人吃罷也叫好.今次,純屬太公波,十幾個同事,在此來個午餐會.一律要set lunch.論價錢,在酒店西餐廳吃個午餐,百多塊已屬平價.因為這處是東涌,如果在市區就不行.論環境,樓底極高,落地玻璃外的街景盡收眼廉.遙望著國泰城,幾時都想旅行.每人面前也有一碟生蒜同橄欖粒,生蒜是用來磨麵包或撈橄欖油,午市吃生蒜,實在刺激.為免帶住口氣過下午,都係吃橄欖算數.Set lunch有Tapas或意大利小吃作頭盤,同湯二選一.我要前者,所謂的Tapas加意大利頭盤,只是寥寥數片風乾肉,煙三文魚,再加條釀上芝士的青椒而已.整碟小吃最好的,是其風乾牛肉,味道咸香有嚼頭.主菜又是二選一,圖中的,是煎黑鱈魚,做得不錯.面頭魚皮很脆口,肉質鮮嫩且鮮,兼肥美到像吃著魚油.魚塊下的黃飯,加上點點番紅花,煙齦之外,還嗅到點點番紅花的香.甜品為Tiramisu,不夠香滑,臨尾香.聽說其晚市,又真的沒有Essence好生意.無

30-May-2007來這裏的原因當然是自助餐無位!Raviloli Regular: 意大利雲吞, 莧菜餡。一般啦, 帕來雪藏即食貨不會好食到那裏。Pasta Regular: 太座品評為一般, 我覺得主要是它們用的意粉貨色是太普通啦, 在酒店供應給客人就有點兒那個。Melanzance(s) pizza: 還可以算合格有餘, 即叫即做即焗, 怎樣也不會太差。Kronenbourg Draft: 全晚最高分!

聖誕日走左去東涌坐纜車行完之後漫無目的地走左入呢間酒店見buffet都係二百幾三百多蚊想去試但full booking 轉左去試同一間酒店的地中海菜每位$499加一爭扎了一陣決定佳節使多d 促進本地消費第一次地中海菜好新奇但唔係太過欣賞賣相不錯共五度菜重要即場係open kitchen煮但好多都食唔哂好似麵包過硬七小碟前菜好咸甜品超難食次次食完一個course都要等好段時間加水講左三次先理你真係唔會再山長水遠去食囉

Went there 2 months ago with wife to celebrate our anniversary.The free bread with olive oil was excellent. Crispy on the outside and very nice texture on the inside.Entree we ordered:1) Bread with tomatoe paste, olive oil and onion, kinda the same as the freebie...taste good.2) Fried Calamari (spelling?) rings...umm moderately fresh, taste not bad.However one of the main dishes was a disaster:1) Risotte with assorted mushroom in cheese sauce. 男朋友book左枱慶祝我20歲生日~先講環境,樓底高+落地玻璃,又唔會好迫夾,good~點菜時個waiter仲搬埋成個餐牌入黎介紹,服務都唔錯丫~開始時有個麵包,可以磨d蒜蓉落橄欖油度點黎食,呢個一般la,不過送ge~~我地試左個pizza,sample size兩個人食arm arm好~pizza好脆~好好味!仲有茄汁芝士焗雲吞,d菜肉涵整到好碎,又唔漏,食到最尾雖然好飽都仲食得落~好味道~仲試左白汁芝士雜菌Angel Hair,呢個就麻麻地,個麵ge質感唔太好,食落仲覺得好漏..order左兩支果汁,士多啤梨汁好飲~男朋友支西柚汁就勁苦...Overall個感覺都好好~

好囉, 東涌終於有好嘢食囉!第一次嚟, 由免費提供的靚麵飽、橄欖油、橄欖和蒜頭粒已經令人眼前一亮. 自己將蒜頭粒磨落橄欖油度用嚟點麵飽, 好玩得嚟又好香好好食. :-)這裏的前菜portion 話到明好細, pasta 同pizza 亦有sample size 可供選擇, 對於食量唔大又想試多幾款o既食友就最理想. 試了兩個appertizers, 火腿唔錯, 紅椒仔釀吞拿魚亦好食. 另外試了肉醬意粉, 意粉相當有口感, 肉醬味道亦不俗, 可惜肉粒略嫌太老. 不個, 超正o既pizza 就無得彈, 餡料新鮮味美, 最重要係餅底香脆可口, 而sample size 價錢只係幾十, 相當超值.隔鄰的Essence 自助餐聽講經常fully booked, 睇嚟 Novotel 將係東涌美食天堂.

It happened few weeks ago.We want to try the buffet in Novotel, but it was fully booked, so we changed our plan and try OLEA. The food is OK for italian food, but the potion is small. No matter pasta or pizza. Do not trust the size that those waiter advise, we found the food potion is smaller than expected.However, the taste is pretty OK. But I think the worst is, they try to charge us when we ask for extra basket of bread. Man, we are group of 13 and only give us two small basket of bread?
