除开谜一样的搭配,鱼肉品质不错,煎得细嫩入味。荷兰豆熬出来的酱虽然不是什么复杂的酱汁,但把能把本味大方自然地呈现出来也好,整体口味清爽咸鲜。Side那两团细香葱一样的蔬菜,wiki了一下竟然叫猪毛菜(长见识了),嚼起来非常脆。

【Tiramisu】看着侍应从一大盆提拉米苏中挖出肥美的一块,盘中造型虽然不怎么精致,但形式很到位了。果真是今日最佳,不仅咖啡味醇厚,杏仁酒味比我吃过的任何提拉米苏都更深邃,很上头的“大人的滋味”。

伴随着可可粉入口的是湿润香滑的mascarpone,口感甚至还带着一丝弹性,吃起来完全不甜,苦香苦香的滋味交织着丰沛的酒感,可以在口中持续很久。

【Lemon Trio】名字是我自己取的,因为它确实是一款层次挺丰富的柠檬三重奏。杯中的“三足鼎立”分别是柔滑的柠檬卡仕达,清爽的柠檬雪葩和酸甜的柠檬冰淇淋,表面点缀上酒渍柠檬皮。

可以等冰淇淋化一点搅匀一下再吃,不然很没有融合感。底部还有酥脆的甜甜饼干碎,黄油味浓香,与柠檬的滋味互补。虽然是好吃的,但淡淡的配色乍一看并没有很想吃的欲望,边吃边感叹,意式甜品的精致度真比法甜差远了。

小甜点也长得一言难尽,虽然蛋白饼吃起来还不错。意菜餐厅居然也有美式咖啡,端上来是意式浓缩和热水,这波DIY操作更加诧异。兑浓了点,正好解甜品之腻了。

前菜叫了yellowtail carpaccio and beef tartar with caviar.
我地覺得味道普通。沒有驚喜。
Pasta我哋order了lobster spaghetti 及
墨魚黑汁麵,我老公覺得lobster及squid 也鮮甜好吃,意粉也彈牙。我就覺得普通,我比較喜歡sauce 要好tasty. 這兩款sauce比較淡。
我哋也叫seabream,煎香的。也是正常,不是特別好吃。
另外我們叫了clay pot chicken,係侍應介紹,我覺得真係幾好食,份量也大,吃完十分飽!
最後又係最愛的tiramisu,依舊係超級好食!咖啡也是老公喜歡的。附送的朱古力okay好食,另外的黃色餅太甜。

總括來說,grissini and tiramisu 一流,為了它們,我哋仍是會常常來幫襯😊

It has been a while since I tried their lunch and I decided to come back again since I had another appointment around here.Their famous breadsticks came and it was amazing, fresh and warm. I restrained myself from eating it all as there was more food to come(I ate 2.5 just to stop them from refilling it). The service up to this point was quite great. However, the service upon serving the appetizer and main course was.... too efficient. I had a slight expectation they would introduce the dishes a bit but this was not the case.

For the starter, the carpaccio alone tasted good esp with the orange on top but there was too much sauce/oil on it which made it a bit oily in the end especially up to the last pieces. I think sometimes less is more.

The lamb definitely redeemed the starter. It was like a summer garden and the lamb was tender. The balance of the savory sauce with the sweetness of the vegetables was great.

Finally up to desserts, the service here was another turning point where everything was explained in quite detail. Despite there signature dessert was Tiramisu, in view I love tarty desserts, I chose their lemony dessert. Wow it was totally amazing with everything having lemon in it. However, this is really a lemon dessert, not a sweet dessert with a hint of lemon. If you don't like tarty desserts, please go back to Tiramisu.

Instead of the usual coffee(complimentary), I chose their Cuccuma. It tasted really strong like an espresso but smooth at the same time. Their Neapolitan pastries was just as impressive with my favorite being the soaked baba.
題外話/補充資料: Food was great, service at start and ending was also impressive. If the starter and main course could be introduced a bit more, then it would be perfect.

當店員會拿出一大碗的tiramisu真的好壯觀🤣
Mascarpone細滑 手指餅有咖啡香氣 口感濕潤
重點是酒味好!濃!郁!一入口已感受到酒香😍
不過用了杏仁酒製作 所以杏仁味都好突出 但我還是覺得好美味的!
如果是冧酒應該更加令人難以忘懷

最令人期待莫過於佢哋嘅甜品😍
Tiramisu絕對係佢哋嘅招牌菜,侍應會即席喺大兜度𢳂出嚟。
Mascarpone cheese口感軟滑,蛋糕同芝士嘅比例合適。而且酒味非常香濃,相反咖啡味就稍弱,如果嚐酒嘅一定會喜歡😚
另外檸檬mousse層次豐富,有雪芭、慕絲、脆餅,酸酸甜甜,更能解膩。
仲有忌廉麵包、petite four,極之豐富😋

This is my second visit to Grissini, like last time, only the grissini and tiramisu were good.We had the burrata and cuttlefish as appetizers, no culinary skill for the burrata and the cuttlefish was more like poached but not grilled as stated on the menu.For main courses, we got hanger steak and lamb loin, the steak was slightly better than the lamb but it had a very strong bloody taste. The lamb loin was a disappointment as there was a tendon in every bite, which was unpleasant.We pay a supple

We pay a supplement for specialty coffee but it didn't taste good, very watery and there was coffee residue in every pour.

Their most famous item is arguably their complimentary breadstick, freshly baked served warm with house blended balsamic and extra virgin olive oil. It does live up to all the hype, super crispy crust with a very stretchy and strong bread texture within. It’s absolutely addictive, when staff offers to refill, it’s a no brainer, I literally ate 5 myself 🤭

Yellowtail carpaccio is very generous, fatty melty tuna with a citrusy vibrant dressing to freshen up. Beef tartare on the other hand is relatively mundane and not as flavorful as I would’ve liked so might skip that extra dollars for other starters.

I was most looking forward to try their homemade pasta. The tagliatelle doesn’t disappoint, perfectly al dente with just the right thickness for chew. The rocket leaf provides the dramatic green color but doesn’t deliver much in flavor. The pasta sauce though is a little blend, personally would prefer a deeper richer sauce.

Braised wagyu short rib is extremely tender and gelatinous, you can shred the meat with a spoon. Rich sticky sauce with lovely pumpkin puree and mushroom. A simple but beautiful beef main.

Many restaurants tend to give different twists to tiramisu, it sometimes feels great to just back to basic, the traditional version of tiramisu, scooping directly from the bowl. Foamy mascarpone very light and creamy. Intense hit of espresso in the ladyfinger, but amaretto isn’t as strong. I wish a more balanced proportion of mascarpone to ladyfinger, it’s now too overwhelmingly soft and creamy. Nevertheless, it’s extremely satisfying sweet delight.

The other dessert is a orange semi-freddo covered by cinnamon tuile served with vanilla ice cream. I find the orange blossom and cinnamon combo fighting against each other rather than complementing. It’s a shame the beautiful presentation gets sunk by busy patterns of the plate.

Brunch at Grissini today. Food is plenty but it is hit and miss. Antipasti generally tasty but the octopus was too chewy and the artichoke stringy. We shared the whole chicken for mains and was a little too greasy. Service started off great but became slow and not very attentive. My seat was facing the drinks prep area and I saw a staff member wiped his shoes with a dish rag and put the rag back near the coffee machine for other purpose. Dessert was definitely the best. ◇ 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐢 (9/10)  
As the name of the restaurant suggests, the grissini breadstick is, and has to be, a signature of the establishment. The very reputable grissini did not disappoint. From the warmth and the luscious aroma, I could tell that they were served straight from the oven. The outer has appropriate crispiness, and the interior was fluffy and chewy especially at the plump ends. They were accompanied by extra virgin olive oil and homemade balsamic vinegar. The vinegar was also memorably good. It was slightly thicker than the standard ones, and offered a mellow tartness with fruity undertone. Everything complements perfectly and I tried my best to resist eating all of them to avoid stuffing myself before having other dishes.

The yellowtail has unrivalled freshness and lingering umami. Freshness aside, the fish pieces were also not too dry nor too fatty. The accompaniments formed an interesting combination in terms of texture and flavour, with sweet orange and savoury achovy colatura.

The octopus had optimal tender and chewy texture. Yet it would be much more to my liking if the octopus could be grilled longer or even fried to create crispier skin. The flavour from marination was very subtle as well. Nevertheless, the lime mayonniase gave decent acidity to the dish to serve as an appetite kicker. Adding thin peels of celery could be a hit or miss though, as the leafy flavour might not be liked by all.

There is nothing to complain about the homemade trenette which has a faint hint of sea saltiness and was cooked to be al dente. Among all the sides, the parsley-infused cuttlefish stands out with its relatively strong brininess but it was delicately balanced with the sweet and sour yellow tomato sauce.

This dish is a disappointment due to its intense saltiness which has overpowered most of other flavours. Fairly speaking, I thought it would be a divine dish if it wasn’t the saltiness because the texture of the tortellini pasta and the flavour of cherry tomato sauce were on point.

A meal in Grissini wouldn’t be complete without their signature tiramisu. The mascarpone cheese was creamy and airy. Some may find the coffee liqueur too strong but it was just right for me. I also appreciated that the biscuits were not too soggy despite being soaked in the coffee liqueur. Overall it was not too sweet and of high standard.

Lemon confit, limoncello custard, lemon foam, lemon ice cream, lemon shortbread 
The dessert was a delightful refreshment to wrap up the meal. I particularly liked the punch of sourness by the lemon foam and the crunch offered by the shortbread. A palatable one.

Finally got to try Grissini’s new menu by Chef Valerio. Started with Beef tartare Caviar, Prosciutto di Parma 24 months aged, very tasty Marinated Anchovies, flavorful Yellowtail carpaccio. Then had the homemade buckwheat pasta with sea urchin , Braised Wagyu short rib, Roman clay pot baked chicken (unique and tasty). Finally, we ended the night with Tiramsu and a scope of homemade vanilla ice cream. By the way the 🥖 breadsticks are phenomenal ❤️Rating: 8.5/10 Great service

因為covid的關係,原本一個月前吃的生日飯終於依家可以食返,期待已久。麵包好好味,前菜好味但不至於有驚喜。最有驚喜係隻雞好大隻有小小surprise左我地,最驚喜嘅就係咁大隻雞點解可以做到咁滑tiramisu 都係超級好味。有機會會再嚟慶祝特別日子。

麵包好好味,前菜好味但不至於有驚喜。最有驚喜係隻雞
好大隻有小小surprise左我地,最驚喜嘅就係咁大隻雞點解可以做到咁滑
tiramisu 都係超級好味。有機會會再嚟慶祝特別日子。

食物方面其實除咗grissini同埋tiramisu真係有水準之外,其他食物都係好普通首先佢嘅份量係幾大嘅,頭盤嘅分量絕對足夠兩至三個人share,不過個牛肉他他,yellow tail同埋個buffalo ham都冇過人之處main course個pork loin 竟然有豬臭味。。。beef rib正常唔特別tiramisu大推,好好味,其他甜品可以不試但係成餐飯得個包同埋tiramisu好食,又有咩用呢至於服務,唔係唔好,所有staff都好nice好friendly,但係server sequence係唔到位嘅
