My friends decided to go for dinner at the Cafe Landmark last Saturday. We have made the reservation via phone before. Then we ordered some dinner sets and mains. However, I found a key concern related to the cleanliness of the cutlery. As I think providing a hygienic restaurant environment was very important due to the outbreak of COVID19, Cafe Landmark, which is a fine dining restaurant, should offer a high service quality. There was a lot of handpicked crabmeat in the shell. The handpicked crab meat was mixed with the cheese and white wine. The taste was nice and not too salty. And the dish was hot when it offered on the table. But if it could offer a larger size of crab shell, it must be better.

Boston Lobster Linguine
You can see a grilled half lobster placed on the linguine, which was eye-catching. And the waiter had asked me whether handpicking the lobster meat before serving. The lobster cream sauce was creamy and fully mixed with the linguine.

There was a white chocolate ice cream placing with the tiramisu. But the taste and texture of the tiramisu were fair, you won't be surprised. The white chocolate ice cream was much better than the tiramisu. I think it won't be too sweet.
