The staff served some savory shrimp crackers right after we sat down, and we picked some of the most well-known beers of Thailand, Singha and Chang to pair with them.
The set was a perfect portion for two people to share. Their soups had no added MSG so we could eat the soup while cooking the ingredients. Fresh crunchy shrimps in the tom yum side and tender chicken in the coconut side. In my opinion, the Spanish pork slices matched well with nam jim talay, which was appetizing and elevated the pork flavors. Veggies basket included a selection of lettuce, spinach, corn, tomato, Chinese cabbage, okra, and mushrooms. Pad Thai was exceptional that had completely absorbed the condensed soup flavor.
