Saw a cockroach when it shouldn’t be there. It wasn’t even during the night time. Food remnants on the floor were not clean though the restaurant was not that busy.Why are they standing and doing nothing about it? They were not that busy and the fact that a roach was there crawling comfortably means the kitchen and the restaurant are very dirty.If you want to run a business, care about the basics before anything.Close the wanchai branch immediately
