Originally had a good Father’s Day for dinner as the first try, we were sitting on a table and wait for cook; we had been waited for long, then we start to ask why it is taking so long, the chef told us the stove did not open and perhaps you wait for additional 15 mins, or you can play for your mobile at the time being. We then ask can the side stove can cook and move seat and later they finally arrange, the restaurant not given a solution but instead question to the customer and seems like it is the customer issue. Totally not acceptable and not able to met the service level.
