Redhouse has been on my eating listing since their first shop opened in central, unfortunately they closed down that shop. I’m glad they reopened a new one in Causeway Bay now which is even closer to my office! I went along with a colleague today as we were craving for some special dim sums! Once we arrived, we were surprised by their interior, very spacious and elegant! We ordered a few signature dishes: prawn dumplings 🥟 har gao, siu mai, egg tarts, truffle meat balls, spring rolls and cha siu

 first arrived was the dumplings, which was prefer for the “gram” game - not only it looks nice, it was also tasty: thin outer layer wrapped a big portion of prawns.

 truffle meat balls surprised us and was my colleague’s favorite- crispy and crunchy outer layer filled with meats inside - a sweet and savoury taste. Quite satisfying!

 of course siu mai was great too! It was very filling and made freshly! Egg tarts were also sweet and made well in general.

 for me, the highlight of this lunch was definitely their signature roasted bbq pork on flame 🔥 which tasted differently and nicely presented. The manager told us to wrap with the flat layer of bread to enhance the flavor - like how you eat Peking duck 🦆overall, we would recommend this place for gathering and fancy dates!
