Poor service from Manager

I went there at 545pm and ordered the take away. I ordered from the manager n sit next to the manager counter with my receipt with order number on the table and waited. it was not particularly busy tonight and I wait to 620pm and still no one calling my receipt. So I have to go to the manager n asked about my order, then he brought out my order and said that he didn't noticed me I was there. I have seen that order has been laid there for over 15 mins. I sit next to the manager counter n left my

I ordered from the manager n sit next to the manager counter with my receipt with order number on the table and waited. it was not particularly busy tonight and I wait to 620pm and still no one calling my receipt. So I have to go to the manager n asked about my order, then he brought out my order and said that he didn't noticed me I was there. I have seen that order has been laid there for over 15 mins. I sit next to the manager counter n left my receipt there and no one even bother to check if my order is arrived. The manager said that he didn't noticed me I was there. He has some attitude problem n I didn't even bother to talk to him as I know it would be waste of my time. Lier, very poor communication and bad services. My food is not hot now. I will try to avoid to go there again as the manager is rude there.
