This changed my impression on chicken liver as it’s not very intense in flavour and was pretty smooth in texture.

Really thick, juicy and flavourful.

It was cooked in miso soup and then baked with salt as well, that’s why it was really tender and no weird taste at all.
🥂Hokkaido Vegetable Curry with Udon $116
The vegetables here were fried earlier, keeping the taste really fresh and juicy. The udon was bouncy and curry was homemade and tasted authentic.
🥂Caramel Pineapple $58
Some sweet pineapples to end the meal nicely.
