I recently dined at Mojo Bistro, a newly opened Western cuisine restaurant in Central, with four friends for a chill night out. To start, we shared two bowls of Lobster Bisque, and what really stood out was the attention to detail. The staff thoughtfully separated the bisque into five servings, adding a touch of intimacy to our meal. To start, we shared two bowls of Lobster Bisque, and what really stood out was the attention to detail. The staff thoughtfully separated the bisque into five servings, adding a touch of intimacy to our meal. Moving on to our main courses, we indulged in three pasta dishes: the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, Spaghetti Alle Vongole, and Classic Carbonara. Each pasta had its own unique charm, with the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio offering a perfect balance of garlic and olive oil, the Spaghetti Alle Vongole showcasing delightful flavors of clams, and the Classic Carbonara providing a comforting, creamy indulgence.
The star of the evening was undoubtedly the signature Roasted U.S Tomahawk Steak with Homemade Herbs Butter, served at a perfect medium rare. The steak was incredibly juicy and more than generous enough to satisfy our party of five. The homemade herbs butter was a standout, though a little more of it would have been a welcome addition given the steak's substantial size.
For dessert, we tried the Tiramisu and Brownie. The Tiramisu was not only delicious but also Instagrammable, adorned with a captivating sugar cage, it was almost too pretty to eat! However, I must admit that I would have preferred a stronger coffee flavor, as it leaned a tad too sweet for my liking. On the other hand, the Brownie was a delightful treat, boasting a rich chocolate flavor and artful presentation.
Mojo Bistro not only impressed us with its food but also with its excellent service and pleasant ambiance. It's definitely a place I'd revisit, and I would highly recommend it for birthday gatherings and anniversary celebrations. The overall experience was nothing short of memorable!🥰
