It was a fun and tiring afternoon after the morning hike at Mui Wo. We returned and arrived at Central, and we were looking for some light but filling option to eat. “Let’s try Chotto Maki!” A brand new grab-and-go sushi place settled at Li Yuen Street West. From protein, veggies, toppings to sauce, we customize our first roll with salmon sashimi, shiso leaf, julienned cucumber, mango bits and my favourite tempura crunch as topping. The rolls in fact are a bit loose and difficult to eat, but I definitely enjoyed the black sesame sauce!
