Finally got to try this signature roasted yellow chicken from Louise! I have been to Louise last year but didn’t try this chicken, so I have to come again for this, and it didn’t disappoint!

Normally I’m not a fan of chicken, but this one is really worth trying!
The chicken was extremely juicy and tender, the skin was crispy enough, the whole chicken was so flavourful, but the best part is the rice en cocotte. The rice was made up of the chicken oil and crispy chicken skin, soooo good! I kept eating the crusty crispy rice at the bottom of the pot! I wish we could have more rice. 😂
They raised the price from $1088 to $1288 though, but I think they really lived up to the hype.. I should’ve try it earlier 🥲

Also tried their beef tartare with fries, the tartare was well seasoned, the fries also very good, so crispy and I couldn’t stop eating it.

Love their bread selections too, both croissants and sourdough bread were very yum! I especially love the mini croissant, so buttery and it was served warm, I encored one for myself 😂

I love their desserts too, the staff brought out the pastries box at the end of the meal, and i got so excited about it… finally we chose Canele, st Honore mocha and leclair, and the Madeleine cakes were on the house for my bday.
The Canele and Madeleine are always my favourite, the st honore mocha and leclair are their signature, and I love them too! Highly recommend you to save room for dessert!

Overall, i had a great journey for my palate, everything was so on point, both the food and service were impeccable, totally deserve the Michelin star.
