Healthy ice cream but 1 RUDE AF Staff.

I have actually brought a Klook voucher to use here, i have been here before. The ice cream here are healthy as they used healthy ingredients. However, I would like to mention that one female staff here is ridiculously rude. Just because I don’t speak fluent cantonese doesn’t mean I don’t exactly understand what’s been said. When she spoke to me in Cantonese and I responded in English, she didn’t understand and she turned around to her colleague and said, I don’t understand the “beep” she’s sayi

When she spoke to me in Cantonese and I responded in English, she didn’t understand and she turned around to her colleague and said, I don’t understand the “beep” she’s saying. The other male staff who were more friendly and was willing to explain that they didn’t have the flavour I wanted and maybe I could have the other flavour. Lesson here is that, this kind of customer service isn’t going to help your business grow. I wouldn’t be surprise if 1 day your business is shut down due to the lack of customers visiting!!!!!
