The burrata was quite thick and creamy. I don’t usually like burrata but this one is perfect! It was served with Sicilian tomatoes and extra virgin oil.

The thin slices of roasted veal were topped with tuna mayo and Sicilian capers.
💫Cheese wheel al tartufo
The truffle tasted a lot stronger than the cheese! It wasn’t as cheesy as expected which is even better haha. It was so satisfying seeing our Tubeti pasta being stirred in the huge cheese wheel! The cheese and fresh truffle were shaved on top when served.
💫Italian pork loin arrosto - Pancetta, heritage vegetables, bone marrow jus
Pancetta was served with some heritage vegetables. The bone marrow jus was a bonus to the dish as well!
💫Pistachio cream brulee
Ending our night with this creme brulee. So creamy but just a bit too sweet (still okay though especially eating it with that raspberry sorbet!)
All the dishes were very generous in portion, we could not even finish the food. We were full already after the appetisers oops.
