Samsen is always my first choice for Thai boat noodles. It satisfies my cravings every single time! This time we have to wait an hour for us to be seated, I think it's worth it, but not the case for my friend.We ordered the Wagyu Beef Boat Noodle. Quality of the Wagyu beef is excellent, and the broth is rich of beefy flavours that leaves me very satisfying. We also ordered the crispy fish skin $18 as a snack, and Pandanus Coconut Dumplings to finish. I just love these warm and chewy dumplings, not too sweet and well balanced with the salted coconut cream.
