Located in Shau Kei Wan, this circus themed playful eatery provides a whole new dining experience. This is simply the cutest and the most adorable drink ever! With the flamingo on top and the blue pineapple on the side, the drink itself became a luxurious mocktail that definitely deserves a few photos. The pineapple soda was not the main focus at all, yet it was still very refreshing.

This drink tasted literally like the strawberry sundae from McDonald's to be honest. It was my favorite sundae flavor so I did not mind at all! The vanilla ice cream on top added extra thickness and texture into the drink, and surely complemented well with the strawberry soda and mixed berries.

Baked Oyster with Garlic Butter (4 pieces)
I enjoyed the oysters the most of all as the garlic butter was made just to the point and it was my favorite flavor of cooked oysters. Pairing with the lemon juices, it was the best appetizer of all time.

Cheese lava overloaded! The appearance of this pizza is no ordinary pizza, as a knife came in the middle of the pizza when served. You have to cut into the middle part of the pizza by yourself and it was actually quite fun! It was a super cheesy and heavy dish, thus we could not really devour it entirely. If only it came with more meat inside instead of merely onion and cheese, it would be a fantastic and fun pizza.

Baked Alaska - Dessert with Fire
The Baked Alaska was the most anticipated dish of the entire night, as I knew it would come with actual flames! The waiter prepared the flames carefully and asked if I was ready before pouring them onto the dessert, which I thought was very thoughtful indeed and I appreciate it very much. The flames were on the dessert for a while and it looked and smelled super cool. The burnt meringue was on top of the coffee or caramel flavored ice cream, which formed the best combo. I enjoyed this dessert so much and would definitely like to order it again!
All in all, Dirty Skillet has the potential to become the next "it place" for sure. I would recommend going with more friends or family members, so that you could try out more dishes. Needless to say, their drinks are must-try items and I would very much like to try out some more in the next visit.
