I'm all about that sparkle, so we went for the brut prosecco (HKD100 per glass)

Must order! The hearty bolognese sauce was a mix of ground beef and pork, giving the thick pasta with a rich depth of flavor that’ll have you savoring each and every bite

The waiter mentioned that they make this curvy pasta in-house with potatoes, so the texture was truly intriguing. Imagine super-duper chewy goodness, almost like tteokbokki (Korean rice cakes) but with a bit more bite. The black pepper and sausages added a delightful (slightly) spicy kick to the dish
