This was a vegetarian Risotto, it came with chunky Japanese pumpkin, zucchini, burrata cheese, cashew nut and basil risotto.
The basil Risotto taste was not overwhelming at all and it really balanced with the fresh veggies and cheese. It was creamy, cheesy and flavourful. I really like the cashew nut mixed with the risotto, it provided a nutty and crunchy texture to the dish.

Octopus ~ squid ink chips ~ chorizo and tomato orzo~
The octopus was perfectly cooked, juicy tender and chewy, you can taste the freshness of it. The orzo, cooked just right - al dente and packed with tomato flavour and creaminess.
The black crackers adorning the top was actually a piece of squid ink chips, this was an absolute hit.

This dessert was a real treat! This is a Honey ice cream, and strawberry jelly with basil oil. It tastes as good as it looks. The presentation and the level of sweetness is executed perfectly. A perfect end to our delightful dinner!

The tea had a distinctive rose aroma and subtle buck wheat taste. It was fragrant with a nice aftertaste. The server also brought out an hour glass on the table, after the sand ran out from the top of the hour glass, you can pour and enjoy this soothing comfort Tea!
