Definitely a must-order recommended by the restaurant! The Australian M9 Wagyu is delicately prepared into long strips, allowing the seasoning sauce to penetrate perfectly with its spiral design. The Wagyu strip is first placed on the grill to lock in the juices, then cut into small pieces before consumption. The Wagyu flavor is incredibly rich, well-seasoned but not overly salty, definitely worth a try!
