I had been quite looking forward to dinner this time because it was an all-you-want-to-eat dinner buffet chicken pot + hot pot! Great to celebrate the end of the weekend!Interior renovation was very bright and clean! There was a hot pot of boiling water for you to sterilise your eating utensils before eating. You could enjoy all you want to eat chicken pot and hot pot for two hours at $318+10% starting from 5pm. Price would be $338+10% for 7:30pm. But I guess there should be some flexibility as we saw different people coming in at different times.
There might not be as many food items to order compared with many similar restaurants out there but many of those on the menu here were expensive food items! I think there were definitely sufficient food to fill your stomach in 2 hours!
Sauces were charged at $40+10% per head. And you could take whatever you want, including fresh coriander, fresh spring onion, spicy sauces, mashed garlic and deep fried garlic.
時令刺身拼盤
There were 鲭魚, squid, octopus each of two slices. There was also a cup of mini scallops topped by uni and crispy 海葡萄. By sharing their social media page, you get uni and 劍魚腩 as well. The swordfish tummy was the best which was pretty meaty. The quality of the scallops was also pretty fresh.

There were 8 big pieces of chicken which were all legs and were pretty tender! There were 4 pieces of fish maw. We asked for 少辣 and everything was well seasoned and delicious, even the onions and coriander. Yummy! The chicken pot was kept being cooked in front of us with the exciting cooking sound. For the sake of other food, we didn't encore anymore despite the quality. After finishing the chicken pot, they would change our pot to begin our hot pot!

鴛鴦湯底 was an option so that we could choose one spicy broth and one non-spicy broth. But this time we just went for the clear broth.
While we were waiting for the broth to boil, we had the following food to keep our mouth busy!

It was pretty clear and tasty with sharp fin, chicken and soup. Portion was great that each of us had 4 bowls.

There were 2 pieces of shark fin which was quite crispy.
Fruit Bowl
The fruit bowl consisted of water melon cubes and some lychees. Water melon cubes were really a good balance to the chicken pot and hot pot.
Then here we go the hot pot began!

This appealing seafood platter was served to us very soon. It was not on the all-you-want-to-eat list. The lobsters were pretty fresh and meaty.
The abalones were fresh and of perfect texture to chew. The scallops were not overly chewy at all. High quality seafood indeed!
Then we ordered many different food items. In gist, most if not all were of pretty high quality that you just need to order your favourite food items and keep encoring to satisfy your tongue. In particular, I highly recommended the following:

In this photo, there were 深海斑片&龍躉頭腩. In particular, I loved the 龍躉頭腩 which were so thick and crispy and fresh with thick skin to eat. Although there were bones, it was really worth eating them! Super good!

The beef balls were super juicy and elastic while the oysters were very juicy and big! I didn't eat the pork liver but my dinner partner said they were ok.

黑豚肉 were super thick and crispy with appropriate of fat. Most important of all, they were super rich in pork flavour. Yummy!

Ox tongues were pretty al dente and reasonably rich in beef flavour. 手打黑松露墨魚丸 was very rich in black truffle flavour.

Each of us was entitled 1 can of softdrink. There were quite a few times of drinks to choose from.
Desserts were also available but we were too full and it seemed that they were some mousse cakes.
You could keep ordering the food as long as there was room to accommodate the food on the table. Serving of the food was generous. Basically they didn't miss our orders. The hot pot was boiling strong enough so that 2 hours was definitely enough for a big feast. Air conditioning was super strong for hot pot even during the hot summer. Overall we had a very nice big feast here.
