Visited The Pantry for their signature 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 a few years ago when it first opened, glad to see that they are able to maintain the quality throughout the years and bringing sth new and delicious to the menu - 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐓𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭!! The bread pieces were fully soaked in milk and egg mixture to give a moist and soft centre, before pan-fried to golden brown (✿︎´ ꒳ ` )♡︎ Not to mention the extra flavours and texture from the cinnamon cooked apples and crispy crumbs!! The creamh 𝐒𝐞𝐚 𝐔𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧 sauce was rich but not fishy, a lovely linguine to have as main!

記得The Pantry剛開業的時候來過一次, 大家都為了他們的Soufflé Ricotta班戟大排長龍, 沒想到幾年後再訪不但班戟依舊高水準, 還發掘到新寶藏 – 法式吐司實在太好吃了(✿︎´ ꒳ ` )♡︎ 鬆軟的麵包浸滿蛋漿和牛奶後拿去煎, 外層金黃可口, 內層香甜鬆軟 – 配上我最愛的肉桂煮蘋果和香脆餅碎, 口感味道都更昇華了( ´▽｀) 平常疏乎厘班戟一般都是吃甜的, 這次點了個鹹的版本, 味道也挺不錯!!海膽忌廉汁很濃郁沒有腥味, 值得一試!
