之前食過灣仔分店，覺得唔錯。之後發現原來每間分店都有唔同嘅特色口味～今次嚟到旺角分店，上次食拉麵，今次食沾麵😎不過食食吓先發現原來如果下晝你食lunch嘅話想食拉麵都冇得食，因為佢係日間沾麵專門店，夜晚就係拉麵專門店。下次要嚟食番個dinner先得！.went to the wanchai branch a couple weeks ago and had a pretty good experience there 😋 then realized that each branch has different soup bases to try 😆 so had to go an explore their other branches! their mk branch is pretty different 😊 lunch time is tsukemen and dinner is ramen 🤣 but what was most different was their soup base like their Sesame soup base 🥣 overall, soup w

《沾麵》呢度嘅麵條唔算太粗，但真心非常之有咬口，而掛湯能力都好強～正！不過真心要讚一讚呢度嘅份量，我哋兩碗都嗌普通size，不過真係食到超級飽，因為仲要加啲熱湯飲埋碗湯🤪！真心覺得女仔嚟嘅話一定要叫少啲麵！！唔好浪費🤧

～真～心～超～推～介～🤩
之前又係喺日本食過一個番茄蝦嘅沾麵，一直對佢個湯底都念念不忘，之後幾次去日本每次都會食！今次喺呢度食嘅呢一碗蕃茄海蝦湯，同男朋友飲完第一啖堂之後，我哋兩個都真心覺得少似我哋係日本食過嘅味道！
湯底香濃鮮甜得來又唔會話太過鹹，用嚟點完成碗麵之後再飲埋碗湯都冇乜需要點飲水😎！不過食落就覺得蕃茄味唔夠濃郁，蝦味比較重，然後每一啖都會隱隱約約食到有少少魚味。再加上湯底有好多細細粒嘅櫻花蝦乾，令到口感層次更加豐富！

簡單啲來講，如果你叫呢一個湯底嘅話，你就會有一種像拉麵店入芝麻糊裏便嘅感覺。然後每一啖都會淡淡食得出有少少魚香咁～
個人覺得呢個湯底真係幾特別嘅，亦都值得一試，不過下次嚟我就未必會encore呢個，都係有一種試一次就夠嘅感覺。
