Time for an artistic lunch and the destination this time was Curator by Lex Art Cafe which was located at K11. It was full during lunch on a weekday despite COVID-19! There were a few choices of mains from their lunch sets at different prices. All lunch sets included a side salad and a drink. Seared Shrimp & Avocado Salad (included in set lunch)
We chose this salad rather than their classic Caesar Salad as part of the set lunch. There were lots of fresh greens with cucumber dices, half a cherry tomato, 2 slices of avocado and 1 seared shrimp which was warm! The dressing was Chipotle lemon dressing which was very creamy and tasted slightly spicy. There was sufficient dressing for everything in the salad. This salad was their Chef's recommendation.
Linguine Primavera with Parma Ham $108+10%
We craved linguine so chose this set lunch among all the sets. There was 1 slice of parma ham folded decently which were pretty fresh and salty to the right degree. The linguine was well covered by tomato sauce with fresh asparagus, tomatoes and zucchini.

An Americano, honey lime, latte cappuccino or flat white was included in the set lunch. We decided to add $38+10% to upgrade it to Artsy Print Coffee. Their Artsy Print coffee was one of their signatures! It must be served cold and there were options to choose coffee or chocolate base. It was served on a set of pretty cup with a very pleasant print! We went for chocolate base and the print was bees with flowers which was so cute and lovely, making us not really want to drink it. You could get a big discount by topping up your lunch set drink. It was very very delicious too as it was so smooth with either full cream or fresh milk. The coffee print really brightened up my day a lot!
Curator Style Pizza $78+10%
We ordered a pizza from their snacks menu so it was really a light option. The pizza had super thin crust which was very crispy. There were four big slices of salami, each for each slice of the pizza. The sauce was tomato and each slice had a small cherry tomato on top.

It was one of their signature drinks and we often ordered this at this cafe. Given the weather, we asked for hot. The top layer of cream with 3 pieces marshmallow tasted super rich of banana! Mixing the top cream with the chocolate underneath, the whole thing tasted good of chocolate with some slight flavour of banana. Last but not the least, the name was so romantic.

The dessert was a big surprise! It was one of their signatures too. With such a decent name, it was actually a large piece of super crunchy toast with a layer of nutella applied on top, which was further topped by lots of fresh strawberries, almond slices and some marshmallow. Flavourwise, it was quite a nice combo of toast with nutella plus juicy strawberries. Texturewise, it was a great combo of crunchy toast with crispy almond slices with juicy strawberries too. Portion of the strawberries was generous! It was a great dessert to share and presentation was good.
Although the food seemed light, we were so full after finishing everything. In addition to our tongues, our eyes were also satisfied by the very nice presentation of the food and drinks. Have you noticed how they often decorated their food by some edible flower petals on top? Interior renovations were also very pleasant and artistic with comfortable seating. Great for photo-taking! Would definitely come back from time to time, especially for their Artsy Print Chocolates!
