Toh Heen serves an exquisite Cantonese Cuisine at Intercontinental. I especially like the jade tableware and the ambiance, rich heritage, classy and spatial. Excellent services, the meal was served at the perfect pace.
We try a restaurant week menu ($688+1), menu attached later. For me, it’s super full but in general. The taste is good, using luxury ingredients with jade table ware as you see, It’s really adding marks. Just the food is not hot enough, everything is fine.

One thing to complain about is the food wok-fried is not strong and hot enough, (ng gau鑊氣). I will highly recommend to those who want romance vibes for Chinese cuisine and I will definitely visit again, for the elegant jade interior and also the stunning harbor view.

Have u ever think the Chinese restaurant serves like western dessert set? It is surprising me and this is out of menu. The mango pudding is good and reminds me of childhood memories. Also, I m surprised that the like western dessert set serves Chinese dishes like 煎堆, Taiwanese Pineapple Cakes (鳳梨酥).... So fresh and surprise.
