I ordered the "Chef's Special Demi-Glaze Sauce" which had three big chunks of beef brisket on top of the meat loaf. The hamburg was sealed in a aluminum foil to retain all the juice and it was sizzling when served. The meat was tender and flavorful and I wish they would serve me well heated bread / a bowl of rice to enjoy i
