All the meat served was fresh and grilled by oppa. Oppa's grilled pork skin was really the best!

The grilled beef ribs were also huge, and the pork belly was grilled nicely. I saw comments online saying that the beef ribs were tough, but they were actually quite delicious.
Don't forget to order the butter fried rice (HKD 68), which was cooked with the leftover beef ribs and meat from the edge. Oppa even shaped it into a heart for us. 🫶🏻

Finally, you shouldn't miss out on the cold noodles (HKD 88), which were taught to me by a Korean friend many years ago. The noodles were chewy, and the key is to add 1-2 circles of white vinegar and mustard to reduce the greasy feeling after eating meat, also must be tons of ice inside. I would recommend making a reservation in advance and allowing the ice to melt a little for better taste.
