灣仔人氣新加坡叻沙，吸引不少附近的上班族為食客。餐廳環境乾淨，第一眼看還以為是咖啡廳呢～餐廳只有提供三款麵的選擇，分別是優質蝦麵、娘惹濃厚喇沙，和乾叻沙。食物味道不過不失，經過附近可以一試，但未至於要特別前來打卡。The popular Singapore Laksa restaurant showcases the authentic Nonya flavors in Wan Chai. The restaurant environment is clean. There are only three noodle choices offered in the menu, namely Premium Prawn Noodle, Nonya Laksa Lemak, and Dry Laksa. 蝦麵採用了雞蛋麵和米粉(參參)，湯底則是鮮蝦和豬骨湯，配上鮮蝦、豬肉、豆芽、菜，和焦洋蔥。
🔘 娘惹濃厚叻沙 Nonya Laksa Lemak | hkd$115
叻沙採用了粗米粉，湯底則是椰子和雞濃湯，配上鮮蝦、魚餅、雞絲、雞蛋、豆腐、豆芽，和香菜。叻沙的椰香味撲鼻而來，湯底十分濃郁，少少微辣，但可惜的是粗米粉並不能完全掛湯，麵質也有點兒過軟。
